Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
All ticket purchases are considered final; however, refunds may be issued based on the cancellation timeline and applicable conditions.
Full Refund
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment processing fees).
Partial Refund
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event and no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
- If the event is canceled by 369 Beats, attendees will receive a full refund.
Event Postponement
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Customers may request a refund within a specified period (e.g., 5 days from announcement).
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Convenience fees, transaction charges, and platform fees may not be refundable.
